Clear Cut Glass is absolutely amazing! They were so courteous and helpful. I was in the process of buying a new truck and needed a new windshield and they were the most helpful and walked me through the entire process! This is the best company I could have gone to. 10 stars if I could!

Seemed a little unorganized, had scheduled 2 cars to get windshields replaced, had to be scheduled 2 weeks out, they replace one, then the tech got upset because I could not back my other car into a spot because the battery died that morning. He ended up saying they gave him the wrong windshield for my car and that they would need to reschedule, he was too busy to correct the mistake. Later that day I got a call from some guy saying he needed to adjust my windshield which didn’t even get replaced. I was confused because no one said anything about a second guy coming to adjust anything when I originally booked the appointment. The company didn’t even call me to reschedule… I had to follow up on my own. They said it would be another week because they had to order one, yet the next day they call me and ask if I could bring in my car and they could replace it. They seem really sketchy. I really liked the 2nd guy that came out, he was friendly and really did a good job. But I didn’t get a call about someone needing to adjust the windshield this time. This all went through my insurance company I hope they didn’t overcharge them. I let my insurance company know about how sketchy this company seemed so hopefully they will not refer them in the future.

This review is coming from an insurance agency. We have been using Clear Cut almost exclusively for over 2 years for our insureds glass needs . We did have an issue with a clients windshield replacement last week that was very time sensitive. Jason and his team resolved it quickly and our insured was pleased with the outcome. This agency will continue to refer business to Clear Cut. Great people and excellent customer service.
